About us
 Ilient
was founded in 2002 with a simple goal: To raise the standard
of IT management software. With a belief that IT managers need
not compromise between service quality and service management,
we created our product SysAid. Designed to reduce operational
costs and overhead, SysAid offers helpdesk, asset management,
and a variety of other features to accomplish our goal.
Ilient is located in Tel Aviv. Our software increases IT efficiency
for small, medium, and large organizations in the United States,
Great Britain, Canada, and many other countries.
